How a Single Order Moves Through the System
Buyer places the order
Adds plants to cart, picks an address, and pays online.

Real Delivery Pricing
Fees and delivery estimates are based on actual driving distance, not a straight-line guess, so pricing stays fair even across a large, spread-out area.
Secure Payments
All online payments run through Razorpay, a widely trusted gateway, so card and bank details never pass through Green One's own servers.
WhatsApp Messaging
Login codes and order confirmations are sent over WhatsApp, since it's where most buyers and sellers already are.
Full Accountability
Every sensitive admin action, and every order placed, is recorded — so any issue can be traced back to exactly what happened and when.
